When I gained my surplus back I was able to chase my dreams and reach my goals. “Olivia” knows that if is she is going to take her affiliate marketing website to the next level, She needs a health plan not only for her business, but for herself as well. Today I will help you to create a simple health plan that also help you focus on your goals.

What is a daily health plan?

A daily health plan is a daily overview over activities that boost your health in one way or another. It is easy to create and will help to keep you healthy every day.
You will find all sorts of plans if you Google it. You need to find a plan that suits you, your lifestyle and your goals.
Why should you have a daily health plan?

The goal with a daily health plan is keeping and optimizing your energy, physical and emotional health and give you an overall feeling of wellness throughout the day.
Who is a daily health plan for?
A daily health plan is for you. Everyone benefits from having a daily health plan. In this post I focus most on how a health plan can actually help you reach your goals. You do not have to be an athlete, a sports freak or a health freak to use the simple health plan I will show you. You only need to want to be your best and to reach your goals.
There is an ocean of health plans out on the internet. I am not interested in telling you how to live, what to eat etc.
I am not going to give you a recipe, a program or a diet. A daily health plan is not a “be healthy fast” plan. It is a long term plan.
I am building my own health plan on a few facts I know for sure will help me succeed in keeping me optimized over time and reach my goals. So can you.
Using my daily health plan for years, I know it will work for everyone who is committed to it.
How to create the master health plan?

The master health plan consist of 1) your personal health plan and 2) the resilience plan of your business. If you have a one woman/man company or a small company your health plans are important. Your health will definitely have a huge impact on your business health and resilience. It will have an effect on productivity and the consistency of your work over time. And it will impact your life, your lifestyle and your overall wellness and happiness.
It is important to note that a master health plan is no guarantee for health, resilience or happiness, but a useful tool to plan to prepare yourself and your business the best way you can to stay focused , healthy and resilient over time.

As I wrote in my previous post what is your deepest why you need to ask yourself why should you have a master plan? I made my master plan to help reach my goals, to grow, to succeed, to stay healthy and optimized. I have learned that most people who are succeeding over time have a master health plan. Daily habits or the things we do every day can help you reach your goals or work against you goals. Awareness about your daily habits are important. When you have surplus of energy it is easier to do your daily tasks, be productive, feel happy and fulfilled.
There are two questions you should ask yourself:
1. Why do you create a master health plan?
2. What is the focus of your master health plan?
My master plan consists of a yearly, monthly and daily goal that is consistent with my deepest why and focus on my personal goals and my business goals so I am able to succeed.

A daily health plan is a written document with an overview over what you can do every day to optimize your health and feel your best. It will be your job to make this health plan personal for you and your life.
You need to write your daily health plan down or make a visible health board:
Ask yourself these 4 questions :
1. What is the focus of your daily health plan?
2. Do you have morning routines, daily routines, evening routines?
3. Do you have weekly routines that you do that needs to be added in your daily plan?
4. What are the things you can do every day to stay healthy and optimized?
5. Is your daily plan supporting your masterplan?
My personal health plan focus on having energy to do my daily tasks that are needed over time.
All the tasks in my daily health plan have this focus.
My daily health plan consists of morning routines, daily routines, and evening routines.
My routines throughout the day focus on optimizing my energy.
All the tasks in my plan supports my masterplan.
Make a plan you can actually manage to do. Your plan needs to be practical in terms of your own life.
Start with the elementary things you need to do that supports your masterplan. Practice this over a period before you add extra things to your plan.
Make your plan simple and visible.

I found it very helpful to have a daily heath diary where I wrote down important notes and to read good books about habits.
I also have a mini whiteboard on my fridge where I write my daily focus tasks, goal and affirmations.

In the end it is up to you to decide if this is a tool you find useful to have.
I have used my master health plan and my daily health plan for a long time now and I find it very helpful.
You must remember that it is your plan. You make it for yourself to help you endure, change, grow or succeed. You must constantly evaluate your plan and adjust when necessary.
I started out with a personal health plan to optimize my energy after a burnout and when I started my one woman business I created a master health plan because I wanted to have a good balance between my work life and my personal life.

Having a good health plan is very important because it helps you keep track of how to go about a lot of things, ranging from diets, to exercise and even sleeping habits. It reality that most people do not have a health plan is why we suffer from certain health issues that we can avoid easily. I am still leaning to follow my health plan squarely because I sometimes neglect it because of work, but on periods where I follows it squarely, I feel really good. As for the books, I have read Thomas Nelson’s When Less is more and I hope to try reading others which you have suggested .
You are so right! It helps keeping track on how to go about a lot of things. And it is true 8 out of 10 do not have a health plan. I am glad to hear you have a health plan. I know it is hard to keep over time if you work, have family and you are being stopped by your daily life. That is why you need to make it simple and a part of your daily life. No one is perfect and it is quite normal to neglect plans periodically. Maybe you should try to adjust your plan in periods when you know you need to work a lot? The idea of having a daily health plan is very good and I can tell you that until now I have not thought of creating such a thing.
