What is a disciplined person?

A disciplined person have a personal initiative to get started and perseverance.

You probably know the feeling. You decided to start jogging or going to the gym.

You are feeling motivated, full of energy – You got this!

You are giving it all first day on training and when the training is over and you come home you feel

like you have been recirculated many times.

Your muscles ache and the good intention and motivation you had before training quickly disappeared.

Next day you had planned to go training again, but you do not do that because you lack the discipline when the going gets tough.

Being disciplined gives you the strength to withstand hardships and difficulties, whether physical, emotional or mental

I know for a fact that I am quite disciplined, but I also know that I am not equally disciplined in all areas of my life.

I like a certain amount of self-discipline in my life, but I do not have the discipline of a Tibetan monk.

What about you?

In what areas of your life are you most disciplined?

Think about it for a moment.

What do you associate with discipline?

Is discipline boring and hard to do?

The word discipline is associated with negative emotions for many people.

Self discipline is boring, not fun, hard to do.

I hear that often from other people.

Sounds familiar?

But is it really boring, not fun and hard to do or is it only you who do not like discipline?
