Have you ever visualized? Or do you wonder what it means to visualize and how you do it?

I was very curious about it before I knew what it was so I understand if you are too.

Now I visualize every day in connection to my daily practice for success.

It has become a very important part of my daily life and it does not take long time.

What does it mean to visualize?

Visualisazion is an ancient technique that is quite powerful using energytuning.

As the energystrategist I am I find this very interesting.

In buddhism it means to mentally construct to avoid worse things or to heal.

It is based on the idea “mind over matter” and of ancient sacred healing methods.

It is a recreation of images, sounds , feelings and surroundings you create before it happens in the physical.

Visualization means to connect with the unconscious part of you and create a  clear picture in your mind of what you want.

Feeling this picture is just as important in manifesting it into the physical world we live in basically.

My own definition of visualization is channeling your energy to match the energyfrequency you want to attract.

Does visualization really work?

I would say a big yes. It really works, but not necessarily the way you think it will work as you will notice when you start.

Throughout history painters , writers, athletes, architects, actors, musicians, gardenplanners have used this technique more or less .

Think about it ! many painters visualize their work before they create it.Architects imagine their work before they draw it, gardenplanners picture their garden in their mind and draw it before they start landscaping the garden, musicians hear /picture the music in their mind before creating the music, writers have an idea in their head about a story, bloggers have a vision of how their blog is going to look, athletes have a picture in mind about their victory. Even virtual reality is a form of visualization.

Most  high performers  and celebrities use visualization daily in their morning and evening rituals.

How do you visualize your day?

Think of your body like a radio – every channel has a different  energy frequency.

Your job is to adjust your energy to the frequency of the channel you want to hear.

You are the reciever of the channels content if you manage to adjust your energy right.

That is the short comprehensable version of how you do it.

It is all about energytuning.

You need to practice to get it right:

Set your intention for the day:

Write down what you want to happen today.

Choose only positive words.

Be  very concise with the words you choose to write down.

Picture it:

Try to Imagine how your day will look like  just like you wrote it down.

Make a clear picture of it in your mind.

The clearer the picture is the better.

Feel it!

Feel how your day will feel like. Smell it, hear it.

Use all your senses.

This is the most important.

To tune your feelings right.

Feeling is emotion and emotion is powerful energy.

Focus your energy on what you want.

Remember energy flows where your energy goes.

Energy is vibrating at a certain frequency.

Energy is magnetic and will attract the vibrations of your feelings.

Believe it:

Belief is a strong force. Believe in your feeling.

This is how you match or tune into the frequency of what you want in life.

What happens when you visualize?

When you visualize your brain treat it as a memory even if you never have experienced it.

You get an experience of what you visualize in your mind, body and heart.

If you visualize every day it will help you facing the everyday life with it`s challenges in a better way.

You will handle the challenges better if you visualize your intent to handle challenges in a good way.

You will attract what is on the frequency of your energy.

That is why charismatic people have a strong energy wether it is positive or negative.

Your energy is not able to differ between positive and negative so it is your job to direct it in a positive direction.

Different visualization techniques

Wether it is in your daily work, business, school or private life visualisazion is used in many different ways.

Create a visionboard :

You collect images of the life you aspire to have and put it on to a board that is visible to you daily.

The whole Idea of a vision board is to use your attention, your focus, your feelings, your energy to manifest these images in your life.

Your attention, feelings and your energy are sending out to the universe vibrations or frequencies that will attract what you visualize.

This visualization technique can be used at work, in business, school or in private.

I remember when I worked in sales many years ago that our salesagents used this technique.

They had pictures of their favourite cars over their desks constantly reminding them of their intent.

This motivated them to sell more. Or it could be a picture of a number – a big fat bonus.

Yoga:

Combines the art of breathing, meditation, guided visualization and physical movement.

Meditation:

Is the art of thinking deeply and resting the mind in a state of consciousness

Mindfullness:

Is paying attention to the present moment by focusing the awareness on the present moment.

Registrating, accepting and letting go of thoughts, feelings, memories and bodily sensations without connecting to them.

Make it a habit to visualize every day

In my eyes the habit of visualization is important in a daily practice for success.

It will improve your wellbeing in many ways.

Whatever you choose to do is of course completely up to you.

But I hope I have inspired you to visualize every day.
